Delivery & Returns

Free shipping on orders of $100 or more
To deliver your favorite products, we have partnered with the most reliable companies. We are ready to entrust them with your orders and are always on your side if something goes wrong. If an order shows delivered and you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to communicate with the carrier to find your package. We will be happy to assist you with eligible returns, the return instructions, and the shipping address. Custom orders are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges, however we are happy to correct any errors on our part. Automatically doing a chargeback without reaching out to us or returning your product without authorization is considered theft and will be pursued as such.
